The murder trial for the Bradford man charged with shooting a pregnant woman at her Jefferson St home back in June has been scheduled for May.
42-year-old Thomas James McElhattan is charged with Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment after allegedly killing 21-year-old Rebecca Haynes after she threatened to tell his wife about their involvement, while her toddler was in the next room.
The trial is scheduled to start with jury selection on May 14 in McKean County Court.
