A Salamanca man was arrested on drug charges after allegedly being found unconscious in a vehicle at 5026 Route 417 in the Town of Carrollton.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 41-year-old Jared A. Hubbard with possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Hubbard was allegedly found to be in possession of narcotics and operating a vehicle on a suspended license.
Hubbard was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for a DRE evaluation, where it was determined Hubbard was also driving while ability impaired by drugs.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Carrollton Town Court for arraignment at a later date.
