According to a report released Tuesday by SmileHub, a nonprofit tech company that uses data to rate charities, New York state is the second best in the country for cancer research.
The report’s rankings are based on data comparisons in each state including a good number of research charities, universities and clinical trials per capita.
Pennsylvania is sitting at number 4.
