A Wisconsin man was arraigned Thursday in McKean County Court for the alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl.
30-year-old Richard Donovan Westrope is charged with felony involuntary deviant sexual intercourse.
He remains in McKean County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
