A Bradford man was arraigned Thursday in McKean County Court after allegedly threatening someone with a handgun back in September.
38-year-old Micheal Destin-Jay Rose-Unger is charged with terroristic threats.
He remains in McKean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
