An Olean man was arrested walking on the corner of W State St. and N 1st St. on a warrant on Tuesday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old John R Roulo on an active bench warrant out of Cattaraugus County Probation for a violation of probation.
Roulo was transported to Allegany Town court for arraignment, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear at Allegany Town Court at a later date.
