A Cuba man was arrested on a felony charge early Monday morning.
Cuba Police charged 44-year-old Derick J. Blake with harassment, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon and felony possession of a weapon.
Blake was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
