An Olean man was arrested on a warrant after he was found walking on W State St late Tuesday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Patrick A. Hathaway on an active bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
Hathaway was transported directly to the Salamanca Police Department, where he was held for arraignment.
