A man has pled guilty in McKean County Court Thursday to threatening another person with a weapon.
45-year-old Shawn Loadholt had a plea conference where he pled guilty to Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.
Assistant District Attorney Sarah Dufresne advised the Court that the Commonwealth was seeking a deadly weapon possessed enhancement due to the possession of a weapon by Loadholt during the commission of the crime.
He will be sentenced in March.
