Three Franklinville residents were arrested yesterday following reports of an alleged burglary in progress early Saturday morning.
New York State Police arrested 32-year-old Dawn Werner, 32-year-old Shane Kranock, and 20-year-old Johnathan Westfall, and charged each of them with 3rd degree Burglary for illegal entry with the intention of committing a crime, which is a Class D felony. Kranock was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, which is a misdemeanor.
Their status following their arrest has not been reported.
