A Bradford man was charged with a Megan’s Law violation during a separate theft investigation.
City of Bradford Police charged 48-year-old Joshua Kab Green with felony failure to register with Pennsylvania State Police.
The charge stems from a separate ongoing investigation into the theft of about $15,000 from PA Skill Games Machines at Bradford PC Repair where officers learned of Green’s possible involvement in the theft.
During that investigation officers found that Green, a registered Tier 3 Megan’s Law offender, was allegedly living in the rear storage room of Bradford PC Repair among other locations other than his registered address and was also working at Bradford PC Repair without reporting his employment, both in violation of registration requirements, was not registered as a transient offender and had failed to complete required in-person updates.
Records confirmed Green is subject to lifetime registration after being convicted in 2020 for the Indecent Assault of a child less than 13.
Green was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
