An Olean woman was arrested after an incident at the Dollar General on West Dyke St in Wellsville on Tuesday.
Wellsville Police charged 37-year-old Anndrena E. Aldstadt with petit larceny, trespass and appearing in public under the influence of drugs.
Aldstadt was released with an appearance ticket.
