A Salamanca man was charged with a felony after a reported robbery at Hoag’s Gas Station and Smoke Shop in Great Valley on Sunday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 34-year-old Patrick A. Askey Jr with felony robbery, petit larceny and menacing.
Patrick was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office were assisted by the New York State Police, New York State Police K9 unit, and Salamanca Police Department.
