A Salamanca man was arrested on several felonies after allegedly menacing a victim in Allegany on Sunday night.
New York State Police charged 59-year-old Wesley D. Kindt with felony possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, felony burglary while displaying a potential firearm and menacing with a weapon.
Kindt was held for central arraignment.
