An Olean man was arrested on a parole warrant Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Devin M. Frisicaro on a parole warrant by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and the NYS Parole fugitive task force.
While attempting to place Frisicaro in custody, he allegedly attempted to access a large knife on his belt and also had methamphetamine and fentanyl on his person.
Deputies charged Frisicaro with Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Frisicaro was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on his Parole warrant and is due in the City of Olean Court on a later date.
