A Bradford man plead not guilty to the rape of an unconscious person in McKean County Court Thursday.
23-year-old Dominique Dunbar requested a jury trial where he faces charges of rape, burglary, criminal trespass, aggravated indecent assault and strangulation connected to an incident at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from last October.
His case has been listed for trial.
