A St. Marys man is accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl.
City of St. Marys Police charged 69-year-old David Carl Bobenrieth with one felony count and one misdemeanor count of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, one felony count and one misdemeanor count of of endangering the welfare of children and one felony count of corruption of minors.
The charges stem from a lengthy investigation into Bobenrieth by St. Marys Police beginning last March.
The victim had an interview with the McKean County Child Advocacy Center where she stated Bobenrieth had allegedly been touching her inappropriately for as long as she could remember at a Wilson Road residence in St. Marys.
Bobenrieth’s bail was set at $50,000 and a preliminary hearing is set for March 3.
