A Buffalo man was arrested as a fugitive in Bradford Tuesday afternoon.
City of Bradford Police arrested 41-year-old Ivan C. Williams on an active full extradition warrant issued by the City of Buffalo for a firearms-related charge.
Williams was arraigned on the charge of Fugitive from Justice and remanded without bail pending further proceedings and extradition to New York.
