A Wellsville man was arrested on drug felonies in Cuba Tuesday night.
Cuba Police charged 43-year-old Deonte D. Smith with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony sale of a controlled substance.
These charges stem from the alleged sale of methamphetamine in the Town and Village of Cuba.
Smith was sent to the Allegany County Jail pending further proceedings.
The Cuba Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police.
