A Florida man was arrested Thursday evening on five different cases originally reported in Canaseraga, NY last April.
New York State Police charged 52-year-old Brian Lowery of Port Orange with felony burglary and possession of stolen property in two separate cases from April 7, 2025; with criminal contempt for disobeying a court order in one case from April 7, 2025 and one case from April 12, 2025; and felony possession of stolen property from a case from April 12, 2025.
Lowery was held for central arraignment.
