An Allegany man was indicted by The Cattaraugus County Grand Jury in relation to a drug felony case reported in Olean from last September.
William K. Eisenhart was indicted for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony aggravated unlicensed operation for allegedly possessing a stimulant weighing five grams or more allegedly operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway while his license was suspended or revoked in Olean on Sept 6, 2025.
