A homeless man was arrested on several felonies after an incident reported on Trapping Brook Road in Wellsville on Monday.
Wellsville Police charged 47-year-old Christopher D. Jackson with felony possession of a weapon, felony menacing, criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
Jackson was transported to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.
