A Friendship man was arrested on Thursday afternoon on child sex offenses.
New York State Police charged 27-year-old Joshua D. Avery-Sadler with felony sexual abuse of a child under 11, forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Avery-Sadler was held for central arraignment.
