A Little Valley man was arrested at the Little Valley Library on a warrant Thursday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old James Garcia III on an active bench warrant out of the Olean City Court.
Garcia was transported to the City of Olean Police Department, issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
