Lockport Resident Charged with Weapon Felony in Little Valley

A Lockport resident was arrested in Great Valley on a weapon felony Sunday evening.

New York State Police charged 39-year-old Casey J. Marino with felony possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, menacing with a weapon, two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child and possession of a controlled substance.

The charges stem from an incident reported in Little Valley.

The investigation is ongoing.
