Homeless Woman/Homeless Man Arrested in Olean as Fugitives From PA

A homeless woman and homeless man were arrested on fugitive warrants after a traffic stop on W State St Tuesday night.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Christina M. Lynn-Hamilton and 35-year-old Mark D. Nagy II on active warrants out of the state of Pennsylvania for Violation of Parole.

Lynn-Hamilton and Nagy II were remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail as fugitive of justice.

Lynn-Hamiltion and Nagy II will be held until they can be extradited to Pennsylvania.
