Limestone Man Has Furlough Denied; Will Go to Trial for Bradford Trespass

A Limestone man had his furlough to his criminal trespass case denied in McKean County Court Thursday.

46-year-old Lloyd Baribeau was charged with allegedly breaking into a vacant Bradford apartment to live there without permission in December.

The case was listed for trial and a separate trespassing case against Baribeau was continued.
