Bradford Man Charged for Flooding McKean County Jail Toilet

A Bradford man was arrested for purposely flooding the toilet in McKean County Jail.

Pennsylvania State Police charged 20-year-old Dawson Johnson, who’s an inmate at the jail, with criminal mischief.
