Olean Woman Arrested for Failing to Register Email Address as a Sex Offender

An Olean woman was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 62-year-old Tina L. Wagoner with two felony counts of failure to register email addresses.

She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
