Salamanca Man Arrested on Felony Assault Friday

A Salamanca man was arrested on a felony charge after an incident on Friday night.

Salamanca Police charged 37-year-old Justin A. Kennedy with felony assault, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration.

Kennedy was arraigned.
