An Allegany woman was arrested on a felony charge after a family offense Thursday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 26-year-old Merriam I. Haq with felony criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.
Haq is now out on bail bond and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
