A Bradford man and a Bradford woman were charged with frequent and repeated noise complaints at the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford.
City of Bradford Police charged 18-year-old James E. Bunce and 23-year-old Candy L. Stevens with disorderly conduct.
Bunce and Stevens were remanded to McKean County Jail on $2,500 bail.
