A Bradford man was arrested last week in connection to a hit-and-run at the intersection of South Avenue and Elm Street last Halloween.
City of Bradford Police charged 49-year-old Alvin R. Reed with careless driving and failure to render aid or give information at the scene of an accident.
The charges stem from an incident on Halloween where a woman reported a truck struck her vehicle and fled the scene.
Reed was remanded to McKean County Jail on $5,000 unsecured bail.
