Steamburg Man Wanted for Rape in Salamanca Arrested

A Steamburg man wanted for rape in Salamanca was finally arrested Thursday afternoon.

Salamanca Police charged 38-year-old Allen D. Larkin with felony rape, assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.

Larkin was held pending arraignment.
