A Salamanca man was arrested on a felony charge after a reported theft early Sunday morning.
Salamanca Police charged 28-year-old Logan K. Raecher with felony grand larceny, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Raecher was held pending arraignment.
