An Allegany man was charged Tuesday evening with fraud.
New York State Police charged 21-year-old Carter Davis Strawcutter with felony identity theft stemming from a complaint reported on December 9 of last year.
Strawcutter was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
