Olean Man Arrested on Warrant at Catt County Building

An Olean man was arrested on a warrant at the Cattaraugus County Building in Olean Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department arrested 38-year-old Victor V. Smith on an active Bench Warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court.

Smith was held at the Cattaraugus County Jail pending arraignment.
