A Portville man was arrested last night on drunk and drugged driving charges after a traffic stop in the town of Portville. Matthew Stepien, 36, faces a felony charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 16 years old, along with a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Stepien was issued an appearance ticket and released.
