Randolph Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Salamanca

A Randolph man was arrested after an incident in Salamanca on Sunday afternoon.

New York State Police charged 37-year-old Cory A. Foster with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Foster was issued an appearance ticket is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
