A homeless Olean man was charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart on Monday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department charged 34-year-old Sean D. Dewitt with trespass after returning to Walmart after being banned from the property twice.
Dewitt was issued an appearance ticket and scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
