An Olean man was charged on Wednesday afternoon with violating an order of protection.
New York State Police charged 47-year-old Roman Gabriel with criminal contempt in connection to an incident originally reported in Portville on March 5.
He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
