A Salamanca woman was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Wildwood Ave Friday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory charged 38-year-old Joelle E. Cooper with two different felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Using Drug Paraphernalia and Obstruction.
Cooper was the passenger of a vehicle that was subject to a traffic stop where she was allegedly found to be in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, a scale and other drug paraphernalia.

Cooper was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the City of Salamanca Court at a later date for further proceedings.
