Olean Man Charged for Criminal Mischief

An Olean man was charged after a domestic dispute Tuesday evening.

New York State Police charged 38-year-old Kevin M. Parsell with criminal mischief for property damage.

Parsell was held for central arraignment and the investigation is pending.
