A Salamanca man was arrested as a fugitive after a foot chase on Sunday.
Salamanca Police arrested 22-year-old Leon Pire on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant issued out of Mckean County.
Pire was additionally charged with resisting arrest.
He was processed and arraigned and turned over to the custody of Cattaraugus County Jail for extradition.
