An Olean man was sentenced in McKean County Court Thursday on drug felonies and for assaulting someone with a baseball bat at JJ’s Saloon back in July.
36-year-old Shane Allen Rice was sentenced on charges of felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Simple Assault, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and summary violations.
Rice was sentenced to state prison for 2 to 5 years.
He is to have no contact with the victim of the assault and additional terms.
