A Friendship couple were charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart reported last Tuesday.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 37-year-old Robert W. Dibble and 35-year-old Angellea R. Ortiz with criminal trespassing after allegedly entering the property after being banned in 2024.
Dibble and Ortiz were issued appearance tickets and scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
