Homeless Man Arrested on Felony Warrant in Walmart Parking Lot

A homeless man was arrested on a warrant in the Allegany Walmart parking lot Thursday night.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Keith K. Ellis on an active felony bench Warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court.

Keith was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
