An Olean woman was charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart Sunday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 38-year-old Samantha J. Miller with criminal trespassing.
Miller had allegedly entered the store after being banned from the property in 2025.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned on a later date.
