A Little Valley man was arrested on a warrant after the report of a suspicious person at the Center Street Extension in Salamanca late Wednesday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Kenneth J. Grainer on an active warrant out of Cheektowaga Police Department.
Grainer was also charged with three separate misdemeanor counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Grainer was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine, fentanyl, Diazepam, packaging material, and other miscellaneous paraphernalia.
Grainer was issued an appearance ticket and turned over to the custody of Cheektowaga PD.
