Shane Hvizdzak was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly committed new fraud while awaiting sentencing in his $31 million cryptocurrency case.
Hvizdzak’s bond was revoked following a hearing in Pittsburgh due to him allegedly engaging in wire fraud by attempting to scam a woman while on release as well as failing to convince the court that he doesn’t pose a danger to the community.
Shane and his brother Sean are still awaiting sentencing for their cryptocurrency scheme.
